The UDTJ-5 (Eggsomatic 5000) egg-cracking machine is a modern, semi-automatic device that revolutionizes the way of obtaining fresh liquid eggs. Thanks to the ability to break eggs in batches of 90 pieces, in one cycle you can obtain about 5 liters of liquid egg, ideal for various culinary applications. Each time after preparing one batch, simply open the device and empty the internal filter with shells, and then start a new breaking cycle.

UDTJ-10
The UDTJ-10 is semi-automatic. The machine consists of a housing, drive unit, tank, hopper and two sieves: internal and external. It has a work cycle of 210 eggs. Shells should be removed after every 210 eggs, after which breaking can be continued. The machine is simple to use and clean. All elements are made of stainless steel.
Uses ball bearings. Reduces the volume of shells by 70%. Retrieves 98% of egg mass remaining in the shells. Centrifuge is electronically balanced. Washing the machines with the use of pressure washer is prohibited. All parts of our machines which come in contact with eggs are made out of stainless steel EN 1.4301 (AISI 304).

UDTJ-150
The UDTJ-150 is an automatic centrifugal egg cracker. After filling the machine with eggs, it cracks the eggs and transports fresh egg liquid to a placed container.
At the same time, the eggshells are crushed which greatly reduces their volume. After that, the eggshells are automatically removed from the machine. In addition, because of its unique construction, the machine retrieves 98% off egg liquid from the crushed shells, therefore it minimizes costs by reducing the amount of wasted product. As a result, the UDTJ-150 will be a great asset for small and medium bakeries, confectioneries, restaurants, donut shops and medium egg processing facilities.
