Ovo-Tech is introducing a refreshed version of its flagship product, the MX-1 egg washer, now equipped with new solutions. The washer is capable of processing 3,000-6,500 eggs per hour, a true productivity giant that can replace the work of up to 17 people. In combination with specially profiled rollers that rotate the eggs around their own axis, it guarantees a 3D washing effect, every surface of the egg is thoroughly cleaned, regardless of its shape or size. Brushes, designed to imitate the work of human hands, are effective in removing dirt, while taking care of the integrity of the delicate shell. The highest quality materials from which the washer is made (stainless steel EN1.4301/AISI304) ensure long life of the device and ease of cleaning.
